Job Description
This two-year graduate program offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience across different areas of the business, including Supply & Optimisation department. You will participate in structured rotations, work closely with leaders and teams, and engage in tailored learning and development activities designed for early-career professionals.
You will be responsible for:

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A tertiary qualification in Chemical Engineering (Industrial Engineering considered for the Supply and Optimisation role).
* Recent graduation status.
* Solid technical foundations relevant to refinery operations.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
* High self-motivation and a strong commitment to learning, growth, and safety.
