Electrical Maintenance Specialist

As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for electrical and mechanical maintenance, inspection, and repair of overhead cranes, hoists, and lifting equipment across surface and underground areas.
The successful candidate will have trade qualifications and electrical license, proven experience as an electrician in industrial settings, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent teamwork and communication skills.
You will need to work comfortably at heights using EWPs and scaffolding, on both surface and underground situations, with safety always at the forefront. This residential role is located in Orange, NSW, and does not offer FIFO/DIDO arrangements.
This job requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to ensuring that all equipment is in good working order. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment. This includes identifying potential issues before they become major problems and implementing solutions to prevent downtime.
