Team Leader - Resilient Families Program
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Resilient Families program, providing 12 months of intensive in-home support to families with children aged 9 and under.
This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a team of Child and Family Practitioners in delivering life-changing services that reduce the risk of children entering out-of-home care, making a tangible difference in the lives of vulnerable families.
About the Role
* Lead the team to maximize client outcomes while ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
* Support Child and Family Practitioners in understanding the organisation's vision and translating it into everyday practice.
* Collaborate with the Manager to enhance team efficiency, sustainability, and process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a degree qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Allied Health, or related discipline. The ideal candidate will have:
* Program Leadership experience managing and leading programs in the Community Services sector.
* People Leadership experience building/maintaining an engaged, high performing team and developing their capability.
* Practice Leadership experience with a passion for continuous improvement and implementing industry best practice into service delivery.
