This role sits within our People and Culture Digital, Change and Delivery Team within Finance Management, People and Engagement Group who deliver operational, technical and transformational projects in agile and waterfall methodologies.

What role will you play?
As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage and execute various projects and smaller deliveries across digital, process enhancements, and support frameworks. Demonstrate effective communication and presentation skills, coupled with experience operating in agile and waterfall methodologies.
Your responsibilities include planning, tracking, and delivery of program deliverables to ensure on-time delivery. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across People and Culture, Technology, Digital team, and the business to deliver solutions meeting project goals.
Key requirements
* 7+ years in Project Management with exposure to projects within the financial services industry or People and Culture
* Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and an inquisitive mindset
* Adept at handling multiple stakeholders and managing their expectations within different business environments
* Strong leadership skills to drive and motivate cross-functional teams
