Harrigan Motor Group are seeking a full time Parts Interpreter to join our Motor Dealership, located in Yallah. We are looking for an enthusiastic/driven individual who shares the same passion for the automotive industry as their team. The position will offer training in all brands, a good work setting and top wages for the right person.
The Role will include:
Identify, source and dispatch required parts and provide advice regarding specifications, including make, model and variations.
General warehouse duties include; picking and packing with occasional deliveries.
Using various catalogues and systems to service the needs of a progressively growing workshop.
Providing pricing, parts & technical assistance to the sales & service teams
Following up outstanding quotations and purchase orders
Process cash and credit transactions
Stocktaking and restock of showroom as necessary
Carrying out any other reasonable duties as requested
To be considered for the role you will need:
Previous dealership experience in a Parts Interpreter role (or similar) is preferred.
Exceptional customer service skills and communication both written and verbal
Solid problem-solving skills with an attention to detail
Highly organised, with excellent time management skills
A positive, friendly attitude with the ability to work well with others
Respectful and courteous to both customers and colleagues alike
Forklift license desirable or willingness to obtain one
Manual drivers licence preferred but not essential
