Your new role: In this advanced role, you will combine expert clinical oncology pharmacy practice with leadership of POIMS to support safe electronic prescribing and optimal patient outcomes. Key responsibilities include: * Delivering advanced clinical oncology pharmacy services and consultancy with a high level of independent professional judgement. * Leading the configuration, maintenance and optimisation of POIMS (currently CHARM), ensuring safe and effective system use. * Acting as a clinical reference point for POIMS, providing expert advice. About you: You are a highly skilled oncology pharmacist with strong clinical expertise, leadership capability and experience in digital health systems.
