About the opportunity
At MultiLink, we believe that ageing is a journey best lived with dignity, connection, and care. We're looking for Support Workers who share our values, people who see beyond the tasks and bring warmth, patience, and a true sense of purpose to the lives of older Australians.
This is more than a job. It's the chance to make a difference every single day, while being part of a supportive, professional team that values you just as much as the people you care for.
What makes this role different?
- Guaranteed stability: 24 hours per week, Monday to Friday (no evenings, no weekends).
- Time to care properly: We want our team to feel proud of the quality of support they provide, not rushed.
- High impact: You'll work with consumers who have higher care needs, where your skills and compassion matter most.
- Support for you: We'll provide you with training, a team who has your back, and an organisation that truly values its people.
Our perks
Our people are central to everything we do. We offer our staff members with:
- More money in your pocket: Access salary packaging up to $15,900 per year, plus $2,550 for meals and entertainment
- Extra time for you: 1 additional paid day off each year (our Gratuitous Day), plus purchased leave options
- Keep growing: Professional development opportunities to support your learning and career path
- Wellbeing support: Free, confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
- We've got your back: Travel allowance of $0.99 per km, and top-up of your First Aid and CPR certificates paid for you
Ready to make a difference?
If you're passionate about supporting older people to live with dignity, connection and joy, we'd love to hear from you. Please submit your resume and a short cover letter telling us why you're the right fit for this role.
