As a Procurement & Contracts Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and supporting procurement and contracting strategies across a broad portfolio.
- Gathering and analysing data, market intelligence, and supplier capabilities to inform sourcing decisions.
- Developing and executing contracts up to $1M in value, including negotiation, risk mitigation, and performance monitoring.
- Driving competitive sourcing activities such as tenders, eAuctions, and other commercial tools.
- Building and maintaining strong supplier and stakeholder relationships.
- Ensuring supplier performance meets agreed outcomes, resolving disputes, and implementing corrective actions when required.
- Promoting alignment with global procurement initiatives while supporting local business needs.
- Exploring opportunities to engage and grow relationships with local suppliers.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Maintenance, HR, IT, and Finance to achieve operational objectives.
