Process Mapping Specialist
Location of work: Geelong
This role supports the facilitation and definition of problems to solve, applies improvement toolkits in collaboration with customers, and has experience in Business Process Mapping, Operating Models, and Service Design.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate workshops and meetings to define and understand problems to solve.
2. Support the application of improvement toolkits and methodologies.
3. Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to co-design solutions.
4. Conduct Business Process Mapping to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
5. Develop and implement Operating Models and Service Design strategies.
Requirements:
1. Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Technical understanding and knowledge of improvement toolkits.
