About the Role
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to be part of a company that values both quality and flexibility.
Depending on your experience and interest, you may work within one primary area — or across several — supporting our maintenance, environmental restoration, or construction teams.
Day-to-day you'll:
* Carry out general landscape and garden maintenance
* Assist with planting, mulching, pruning, and irrigation
* Support weed and pest management and natural area restoration works
* Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently
* Maintain a tidy, professional site presentation
* Work collaboratively with your crew to deliver high-quality outcomes

What You'll Bring
We're looking for motivated, skilled individuals who share our values of teamwork, respect, and pride in what we do.
You'll ideally have:
* 1–2 years of hands-on experience in landscape, construction, or environmental work
* Certificate III in Parks & Gardens, Horticulture, or Conservation (or willingness to study)
* ACDC Licence (preferred or willingness to obtain)
* Construction White Card
* Manual Driver's Licence
* Strong attention to detail and safety
* Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
* Physical fitness and comfort working outdoors in all weather
