Our Digital & Technology Advisory team help businesses align their Digital and Technology initiatives to delivery their objectives and plans. We work closely with clients to establish and implement appropriate Digital and Technology strategies to support strategic competitive advantage and business objectives, as well as AI strategies and information security.

**Current opportunity**
Dayforce is a cloud HCM platform that provides human resources, payroll, benefits, workforce management, and talent management functionality. The Dayforce platform is used to optimise management of the entire employee lifecycle, including attracting, engaging, paying, deploying, and developing people.
We are inviting expressions of interest for experienced Dayforce Integration / Technical Consultants to join our team based in Sydney.
Your responsibilities will be tailored to your grade, but could include:
- Act as a trusted advisor to external clients and BDO project teams in implementing Dayforce.
- Participate in all phases of the Dayforce implementation including Discovery, Configuration, Testing, Go-live and Post Go-Live.
- Collect, design & document, build, test and deploy technical integrations using SQL/XML/XSLT.
- Assist clients with populating, loading and validating data conversion templates for HR, Payroll, Benefits, and other related data elements.
- Provide internal status updates, noting issues/risks with recommended resolutions.
- Train client staff for them to capably perform day-to-day activities.
- Manage multiple client/project engagements simultaneously.
- Identify best practices/lessons learned & document/share internally & with Dayforce.
- Complete new release training as needed & be our expert on Dayforce.
- Travel to client site (as required)
**What you'll need to succeed**
**Your Experience**
- Solid experience in HCM implementation (Dayforce experience is preferred, however experience in similar enterprise solutions such as UKG, ADP, etc. will also be considered)
- Deep proficiency with SQL/XML/CSLT and experience with Data Conversion tools/processes (Extract, Transform, Load, Validate).
- High level of proficiency creating HR and Payroll files using SQL/XML/XSLT methodology.
- Sound understanding of Payroll and HCM business processes
- Strong organisation and collaboration skills.
- Experience in leading and facilitating client workshops and sessions - asking the right questions to design the right solutions.
- Highly developed interpersona
- Dayforce Integration and Dayforce Data Conversion Certification will be highly regarded
- Understanding and developing relationship databases & SQL desirable
- Knowledge of SaaS solutions preferred
