About the Role
The Senior Project Officer will play a pivotal role in the CYMHS Reform Team, providing high-level strategic and corporate support to the CYMHS reform program.
This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to contribute their expertise in change management, liaison, and consultation with internal and external stakeholders.
* Delivers project leadership in planning, development, and implementation of recommendations from the Statewide Mental Health Services (SMHS) Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) review.
* Nurtures productive relationships and manages networks with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
* Pursues specific project management functions associated with the CYMHS Reform Program within a health services environment, including system linkages with external agencies.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication, decision-making, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills, fostering support for change across a diverse employee base.
This fixed term position will commence as soon as possible and continue until 30 June 2027, working 76 hours per fortnight. The work schedule allows for flexibility and work-life balance while contributing to a meaningful cause.
