Key Responsibilities:

* Drive sales growth with your team
* Lead the recruitment, training and succession planning of team members
* Manage daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising and maintenance
* Roster your team in line with store trading hours
* Deliver an exceptional in-store experience and engage with local communities through events and campaigns


Requirements:

* Passion for delivering excellent customer service
* Strong leadership skills
* Proven ability to drive sales and provide outstanding customer service
