Efficient Chips seeks the services of a capable technician to provide end-user desktop support via telephone. The successful applicant will demonstrate experience in the following areas:
* General IT troubleshooting.
* Windows Server technologies. (AD, Exchange Server)
* Virtualisation technologies. (vSphere, Hyper-V)
* Networking technologies. (Cisco IOS - Routing, Firewall, VPN)
* Cloud technologies. (Office 365, Azure)
The successful applicant will also demonstrate the following qualities:

* Punctuality and effective time management.
* Ability to work unsupervised.
