Clear Health Psychology is a leading national mental health provider delivering psychological services across Australia. We are seeking a highly organised and detail‐oriented Cash Book & Finance Officer to join our growing finance team.

About the Role
Reporting to the Finance Team, you will play a key role in the day‐to‐day financial operations of the business, ensuring transactions are accurately recorded, reconciled, and allocated across multiple accounts and systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Recording daily cash receipts and payments into the cash book system
* Reconciling bank statements against company financial records
* Identifying and resolving discrepancies, missing transactions, and unmatched items
* Allocating customer payments to invoices and debtor accounts
* Allocating daily credit card bankings against outstanding debtors
* Assisting with end‐of‐month reconciliations and reporting processes
* Supporting debt collection activities and follow‐up processes
* Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems
* Liaising with banks, suppliers, clients, and internal departments regarding payment matters
* Investigating and correcting accounting errors
* Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as required
Skills & Experience
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong numerical and reconciliation skills
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
* Experience using ERP or accounting software systems
* Sound understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
* Strong problem‐solving and analytical abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
* Previous experience in a finance, accounts, or bookkeeping role preferred
