Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Broker Assistant located in Arundel, QLD. The Broker Assistant will be responsible for supporting insurance brokers with administrative tasks, maintaining customer records, and assisting with policy documentation. The day-to-day tasks will include providing customer service, communicating with clients to gather necessary information, and ensuring all brokerage operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
1. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
2. Experience in the Insurance industry and Brokerage support
3. Administrative Assistance skills
4. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
5. Proficiency in Office Software. OfficeTech and INSIGHT experience is a bonus
6. Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
7. Relevant industry certifications or qualifications are advantageous
