About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Lead Educator who is confident leading a room, mentoring educators, and delivering high-quality early learning programs.
As The Lead Educator, You Will
* Lead the daily operations of your learning environment
* Mentor and support educators within your team
* Plan and implement engaging play-based learning programs
* Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and EYLF
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and the team
* Create safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environments

Harmony Everton Park is a modern centre caring for 112 children aged birth to five years. Located in the heart of Everton Park's growing community, the centre is close to local parks, cafés, and public transport.
Our centre is designed to create calm, inspiring spaces where children and educators feel supported to learn, explore, and thrive.
About You
* Experienced Lead Educator
* Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or studying)
* Strong knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Framework
* Passionate about delivering high‐quality early learning
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* A positive team player who enjoys mentoring others
