Overview
Reporting to the General Manager of Group Finance, you’ll provide high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth, qualified, and efficient operation of the Group Finance department. You’ll play a key role in supporting the General Manager, Group Finance Leadership Team, and occasionally the CFO Group Asia Pacific and CFO Insurance Australia.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage diaries, emails, travel, and meeting coordination for the General Manager and Group Finance leaders
- Provide support to CFOs during periods of leave coverage
- Prepare presentations, reports, board papers, and collation of monthly result packs
- Manage expense claims, reporting reminders, organisational charts, and staff movement forms
- Administer company credit card applications and maintain cardholder records
- Support Finance projects, initiatives, and intranet updates
- Coordinate onboarding for new team members
- Act as key liaison during annual external audits and actuary reviews
- Organise team events and support engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, training, and reporting requirements
What Experience You’ll Bring
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant supporting senior management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and discretion
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines independently
- Proficient in Google Workspace and familiar with systems such as Concur and Corporate Travel Management
- Professional, proactive, and adaptable with a cooperative mindset
