We're on the hunt for a superstar Assistant Store Manager to help lead the charge at Shoes & Sox Joondalup!

* Be the right-hand to the Store Manager - keep things running smoothly and the team pumped up and ready to go!
* Lead from the front - set the bar for exceptional customer service and create a vibe that keeps our customers coming back for more.
* Keep an eye on the numbers - track sales like a pro, celebrate the wins, and jump on opportunities to grow.
* Style it up - make sure the store looks amazing with top-notch visual merchandising that brings our brand to life.
* Stay sharp on stock - help protect the store from loss and keep shrinkage under control with a proactive mindset.
* Champion safety - create a healthy, happy workplace by following all things OH&S and looking out for your crew.
About You
You\'re not just a people person—you\'re a team energiser, a customer experience champion, and maybe even a kid-whisperer!
* Experienced Assistant Store Manager or Retail Supervisor
* Confident leading, coaching, and motivating a team
* Warm, approachable, and great with kids (patience is a must!)
* Passionate about delivering standout customer experiences
* Proven track record of hitting and exceeding KPIs
* Skilled in stock control and visual merchandising
* Organised, reliable, and a strong communicator at all levels
