Critical Care Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

About The Role
The Emergency Department services the Grampians region for all urgent medical needs.
It consists of 25 beds, including 12 short-stay units and 3 resuscitation bays.
We offer a mix of Emergency Department skill sets, including triage, resuscitation cubicles, acute cubicles, minor injury fast tracks, and a short-stay unit.
Open 24 hours, with a variety of rotating shifts.

No two days are the same in the Emergency Department!
Key Responsibilities
Providing general nursing care, including primary and secondary surveys.
Participating in bridging programs to work toward resus and triage areas.
Working rostered days and nights across a 7-day week.
Skills And Experience
Current AHPRA registration.
Postgraduate certificate/diploma in Critical Care Nursing (Emergency specialist).

This position is paid according to the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2024-2028.
The classification is Registered Nurse Grade 2 (YP2 - YP9), ranging from $40.15 to $50.68 per hour.
