Technician – ViridianIT ViridianIT specialises as a Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Quality Field Service Technicians, meeting the changing needs of our clients throughout Australia. Our team offers the highest quality service and support to a vast range of clients.
The Technician is responsible for ensuring the completion of all IT tasks in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including undertaking site visits and Field Service requests, as required.
Position Details Position Title: IT Technician - Field Technician (Entry Level) Work Location: Mildura, VIC Reports To: Operations Manager Key Selection Criteria Willingness to learn and problem solve Excellent customer service skills Ability to liaise with external clients on all technical requirements Ability to work within a team environment but also independently A personable nature with the ability to relay information in person and over the phone Experience and Qualifications Problem-solving mindset Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of basic hardware is desired but not required Friendly customer service skills Salary and Work Roster Attractive salary package including a fully maintained company vehicle and superannuation, to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work.
