We're on the lookout for experienced and compassionate female Support Workers to join our dedicated team at Kindess Pty Ltd, a trusted NDIS provider committed to delivering exceptional care to our participants. If you're reliable, kind-hearted, and confident in providing person-centred support, we'd love to hear from you.
This casual position involves supporting individuals in their homes and in the community to live with dignity and independence. You'll be working with participants on a set roster, with flexibility to pick up extra shifts.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care including showering and feeding
* Support with medication administration
* Assist with food preparation and household tasks
* Facilitate social and community participation
* Communicate effectively with staff, families, and participants
* Uphold a high standard of care aligned with individual support plans
What You'll Need
* Minimum 3+ years experience working within the NDIS sector
* Experience with psychosocial disabilities preferrable
* Valid Driver's License and reliable transport
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
* Police Clearance
* First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Medication Administration training
* Manual Handling Certificate
* Working With Children Check

Rates
* Weekday: $35.00/hr + super
* Saturday: $48.21/hr + super
* Sunday: $61.99/hr + super
* Public Holiday: $75/hr + super
* Sleepover (inactive night): $130.00 flat rate + super
