We are looking for an industry experienced Project Program Administrator-Import/Export to join our organisation.
This position suits a customer focused individual who can work professionally within a team environment.
**The key responsibilities of this role will include**:
- Coordinate & complete end to end customer service functions, including liaison with overseas clients and offices, sale representatives, operations & service providers.
- Provide quotations for LCL, FCL, Air - Import & Export
- Maintain client rates and tariffs
- Produce customer tracking reports, live updates
- Client and intercompany billing, account payments and intercompany reconciliations
- Follow SOP's & KPI's
**To be successful in this role we require**:
- Demonstrated experience in Customer Service, imports or exports with an International Freight Forwarder is essential
- Strong relationship building experience with excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Well organised with the ability to multitask
- High level attention to detail & problem-solving skills
- To be successful in this role you will need to have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the Freight Forwarding Industry.
Salary Range: $60,000 -$70,000
Position: Full-time Permanent
