What you'll do
* Run video and phone e-consults with warm prospective patients that have booked econsults
* Explain treatment suitability, process, and expectations
* Help patients compare options and understand next steps
* Handle common objections with clarity and confidence
* Explain payment plans and affordability options
* Close clear aligner treatment ($3k–$5k range)
* Keep notes and follow-ups organised in our CRM
* Share ideas to improve consult flow and conversion
How you'll work
* Hybrid role with flexibility
* Mix of in-house collaboration and remote e-consults
* In-person time focused on training, alignment, and team support
What we're looking for
* Experience in consultative sales (healthcare, wellness, or high-consideration sales preferred)
* Comfortable leading conversations and guiding decisions
* Able to close without pressure or rigid scripts
* Experience using a CRM (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
* Organised with follow-ups and pipeline management
* Clear, calm communicator who enjoys helping people make decisions
This is not an entry-level role, but it does not require ultra-senior sales experience.
