Part-Time Office Administrator
8–16 Hours Per Week (Flexible)
We’re a growing Plumbing and Gas business specialising in commercial construction and looking for a reliable and detail-focused Office Administrator to support our day-to-day operations. This role would suit someone wanting part time hours, with options for permanent part time or casual, we are offering 8-16 hours per week (with potential to grow with additional administration tasks upon experience gained). The role is based in our office in Coopers Plains (Brisbane) working closely with the company Director and Project Manager.
About The Role
* Payroll processing
* Invoice data entry
* Invoice reconciliation
* Entering jobs into our project software system
* Lodging Form 4’s on the QBCC website
* General ad hoc admin duties for a plumbing business
* General assistant duties to the Director
* Pay commensurate with experience
About You
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Able to work independently but confident to ask questions
* Strong computer skills
* Basic knowledge of Excel & PDF editors.
* Experience in a trade business is highly regarded
* Experience with Xero is highly regarded but not required
* Experience with Google G Suite is highly regarded but not required

Essential Plumbing and Gas is a team of 12 trade professionals and apprentices specialising in commercial construction projects. The business was established in 2015 and is in an exciting phase of strong growth where we are now needing to grow our office staff.
We would love to find a candidate who can grow in our business in an administration role where we can expand responsibilities with experience gained.
