We are going through an exciting period of growth and have an opportunity for an Organisational Development Specialist to join the team and contribute to the overall success of the organisation and the state.
Reporting to the Head of Culture and Capability, the Organisational Development Specialist will play a lead role in delivering key people initiatives across the organisation. Your specialist organisational development expertise will enable you to aid the development of diversity and inclusion initiatives, reward and recognition programs, engagement surveys, performance analysis and much more. With a strong executive appetite for positive organisational development, you will have the opportunity to make significant positive change across the organisation. Using your extensive skillset, you will enhance TasWater's business capability with a keen focus on strengthening company culture. You will engage collaboratively across the organisation to ensure teams are working in sync to deliver for the customers. You will take a long-term view of what success looks like for the department, the organisation and the industry in Tasmania, including developing industry partnerships and long-term people strategies.
To be successful in this role you will be a proven organisational development practitioner, with demonstrated experience in delivering projects such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, reward and recognition programs and performance frameworks in line with organisational objectives. You will be experienced in organisational development, with proven success in embedding best practice people initiatives.
