Position: Housekeeping Manager
Lead the housekeeping team at Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort, one of Australia's most stunning alpine destinations.
Key Responsibilities
* Overseeing daily housekeeping operations and team performance
* Ensuring guest rooms and public spaces meet brand standards
* Managing rosters, stock control, and linen operations
* Training and developing your team to deliver outstanding service
* Supporting workplace health, safety, and sustainability initiatives
Qualifications
* Previous leadership experience in housekeeping or hotel operations
* Strong eye for detail with commitment to quality and standards
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* A hands‑on leader who inspires and motivates their team
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with flexibility
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary: $75,000‑80,000 (excluding superannuation). Expected hours: 38 per week.
