Reward & Benefits Adviser- 12 month contract role

Your opportunity

Working as part of the broader Human Resources team the Reward & Benefits Adviser role will deliver remuneration and benefits advice and programs to attract retain and engage key talent so that we are the place for talent to thrive


Responsibilities

* Support the Remuneration Strategy- Review including refreshing our remuneration framework and conducting education sessions with leaders
* Support the annual remuneration processes for employees Executives and Non-Executive Directors
* Draft papers for the Board Human Resources Committee
* Provide remuneration advisory including remuneration benchmarking to leaders
* Contribute to the drafting of the annual remuneration report and AGM preparation
* Support the roll out of the employee benefits strategy
* Identify and implement process improvements for key remuneration and benefits processes including the annual remuneration review and remuneration benchmarking
* Work as part of team to develop an approach for addressing the gender pay gap including pay equity analysis


What will set you apart from the rest

* Knowledge of contemporary remuneration reward and benefit design theory methodology and best practice
* Experience conducting remuneration benchmarking
* Experience drafting Board and Executive papers and presentations
* Commercial acumen with the capability to connect reward to business outcomes
* Consulting skills with the capability to gain credibility with senior leaders
* Analytical skills with the ability to analyse market data industry trends and internal factors to develop and recommend competitive and fair remuneration arrangements and highlight key insights.
* Ability to work as part of a small team to deliver remuneration projects and processes
* Productivity and process improvement focus
