Work with one of the largest technology organisations globally
The Organisation
This role sits within a large, global technology leader that provides enterprise‑grade cloud, software, and support solutions to organisations worldwide. The business operates in a highly structured, process‑driven environment that values operational accuracy, strong governance, and disciplined execution. The services division supports complex enterprise customers through high‑value, subscription‑based support agreements, requiring precise sales operations and seamless internal coordination. Employees benefit from modern digital systems, mature processes, and a culture that encourages proactive problem‑solving, continuous learning, and collaboration. This environment suits individuals who enjoy structured workflows and thrive in a fast‑paced, technology‑enabled, back‑office setting.
The Opportunity
The Services Sales Administrator - Unified Support plays a critical role in supporting Sales Account Executives (SAEs) by managing the full lifecycle of Unified Support agreements. This includes creating, updating, and processing new and renewal agreements, maintaining accurate deal records in MDM/MSX, preparing pricing requests and proposal documents, and supporting multi‑year, true‑up, and add‑on scenarios. The role ensures all deal governance, discount guidelines, and approval workflows are followed, while keeping forecasting and pipeline data clean and reliable.
