About the Company
Davidson is partnering with a well-established, national organisation with a strong reputation for delivery and a genuinely people-first culture. With a workforce spanning trades, project delivery and corporate teams, the business is experiencing continued growth and investing further in its internal People & Culture capability.
This is an organisation where culture is genuinely lived - from strong leadership support and wellbeing initiatives, to a friendly, inclusive office environment where people know one another, support each other, and yes… bringing your dog to work is part of the culture.
Recruitment plays a critical role in supporting operational delivery, and the organisation is now seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who enjoys pace, autonomy and being embedded in the business.
About the Role
This is a hands-on internal Talent Acquisition role where you'll own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across a broad portfolio of roles, with a strong emphasis on high volume blue collar positions.
You'll work closely with hiring managers and operational leaders in a fast paced, delivery focused environment. While the role can be demanding at times, you'll be part of a supportive, collaborative team that genuinely values connection, trust and shared success.
This is a standalone role suited to someone who enjoys responsibility, variety and running their own portfolio - but who also values being part of a team and culture, not working in isolation.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver end-to-end recruitment across blue and white collar roles
* Manage high-volume requisitions, often roles concurrently
* Develop targeted sourcing strategies for trade and operational positions
* Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines
* Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify needs and priorities
* Enhance candidate experience and support employer branding initiatives
* Track recruitment activity and contribute to continuous improvement
About You
You are a confident, hands-on recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys being close to the business. You are resilient, organised, and able to manage competing priorities - but you also value working in a people-first environment where culture genuinely matters.
You will bring:
* Recruitment experience (internal or agency), ideally with blue-collar or trade exposure
* Demonstrated experience managing high recruitment volumes independently
* Strong sourcing and stakeholder engagement capability
* A practical, organised approach with the resilience to manage competing demands
* Comfort working predominantly on-site and being part of a collaborative, social office culture
The Benefits
This organisation offers a genuinely supportive and inclusive environment, with benefits designed to support wellbeing, connection and engagement, including:
* A people-first, values-driven culture where effort is recognised
* Dog-friendly office - bring your four-legged best mate to work
* Daily breakfast and coffee, on-site gym and parking
* Social team environment with regular connection and events
* Trust, autonomy and the opportunity to make a real impact
* This role is predominantly office-based and best suited to someone who enjoys being present, connected and part of the team day-to-day.
