About the role South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a dynamic and forward‑thinking Manager Health & Safety to champion a safe, healthy and secure environment for all employees, consumers and visitors. What you bring You're a health and safety professional with the qualifications and hands‑on experience to lead with confidence. You bring a strong understanding of Occupational Health and Safety principles, backed by detailed knowledge of the relevant legislation, policies, procedures and best‑practice approaches to workplace inspections and risk management. Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are exceptional, enabling you to influence, collaborate and inspire across all levels of the organisation.
