We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and commercially driven Multi-Property Revenue Manager Consultant to join the revenue strategy for our portfolio of properties located across Australia.
This central role will be responsible for maximising Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) and market share across multiple assets for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Revenue Optimisation
* Develop, monitor, and adjust sales and pricing strategies to maximise RevPAR and RGI (Revenue Generation Index) across all properties.
* Manage inventory, pricing, and restrictions across all distribution channels (OTA, Brand Website, GDS, Direct).
* Conduct daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments, and reporting.
2. Forecasting & Budgeting
* Prepare monthly rolling forecasts days and 12-month outlooks).
* Analyse historical data and current trends to identify demand opportunities.
* Assist in the preparation of budgets.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
* Lead the weekly Revenue Strategy Meetings with property contacts.
* Collaborate with property teams on group displacement analysis and corporate rate negotiations to ensure the right business mix.
4. Systems & Standards
* Maintain the health and accuracy of the Revenue Management System (RMS) (if applicable) and Property Management System (PMS).
Your Experience:
* Experience: Minimum 2+ years of Revenue Management and \ or Reservations experience. Prior multi-property experience is highly preferred.
* Global Brand Experience: Demonstrated experience working within a global brand environment is highly regarded.
* Tech Stack: Proficiency with major industry systems. Experience with specific systems such as Opera Cloud, RMS Cloud, IDEAS and\or Newbook is highly regarded.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
