Casual Position (Full-Time Hours) | $40–$60p/h (Leading Hand) / Award Wages (Apprentice) + Superannuation
Are you an experienced painter ready to step into a leadership role with a rapidly growing company?
We’re looking for a Leading Hand Painter and an Apprentice to join our well-established team of 16 painters. With over 12 months of confirmed projects already booked and exponential growth ahead, this is a fantastic prospect to take your career to the next level.
Our company directors are hands-on and work alongside the team, ensuring every job is completed to the highest standard. We value teamwork, quality workmanship, and supporting our staff to grow with us.

Requirements (Leading Hand)
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Certificate III in Painting & Decorating
- 3–5 years’ experience leading a team in the painting industry
- A current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- Construction White Card
- Working at Heights certification (can we supplied)
- Experience using the TRADIFY app for job management
- The ability to lead, educate, and support a team alongside 3 other Leading Hands
- Three employment references to support your experience
- Full-time availability and be ready to start within 2 weeks

- Must be available FULLTIME
- A current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- Construction White Card
- Working at Heights certification (can we supplied)
