Your Role
We're looking for a visionary engineering leader ready to shape the future of mechanical systems and automation. Join us and take charge of a high-performing team driving innovation in residential and commercial doors and gates.
As our Engineering Manager (Mechanical Systems), you'll be at the forefront of product innovation, leading the design, development, testing, and launch of cutting-edge mechanical systems. You'll guide a talented team through new product development and continuous improvement projects, ensuring every solution meets performance, quality, and commercial goals.
This role can be based out of Keysborough VIC, or Revesby, NSW.
Responsibilities
Lead mechanical and industrial design for new products and enhancements
Oversee project delivery from concept to post-launch support
Manage internal and external resources to meet budgets and timelines
Collaborate with Product Management to align development with brand strategy

What You'll Bring
Extensive hands-on experience in mechanical and/or electro-mechanical product development
Proven success in leadership roles with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution
Strong command of engineering principles and scientific problem-solving
Commercial acumen
Global experience valued, including export or international markets
Proficiency in CAD and design methodologies: DFA, DFM, FMEA, FEA
Strategic thinker matching tasks to growth opportunities
Analytical mindset focused on cost-effective, high-quality outcomes
Excellent program and project management with strong documentation practices
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or higher
