Key Responsibilities:
* Employment Contract Management: Prepare and manage employment contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
* Provide timely and accurate advice on employment conditions, responding to enquiries from school staff.
* Interpret policies, legislation, and enterprise agreements, providing informed guidance to support schools.
* Support schools with onboarding processes, conducting compliance checks and ensuring accurate documentation.
