Customer Service Officer
We are seeking multiple customer service officers to join our energetic and vibrant team.

We are working closely with our Osborne Park-based client; a leading provider in medical services to find multiple quick-learning, tech-savvy customer service officers to join their team. These roles are high-volume and fast-paced, requiring someone with great people skills and an empathetic attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service with an empathetic and supportive attitude.
* Respond to a range of client/customer calls of various natures and provide timely responses and updates.
* Accurately book, cancel, or reschedule medical appointments.
* High volumes of accurate data entry across multiple systems.
* Onboard new clients/customers, obtaining all relevant information.
* Adhere to key performance indicators.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience working in a high-volume call center or customer service environment.
* Experience within a people-focused or healthcare environment will be considered highly advantageous.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills and lateral thinking.
* Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and remain calm.
* Possess excellent work ethic and behaviors.
* Ability to clearly communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
* The ability to work from home through a reliable internet connection (equipment provided).
* Good time management and resilience.
* Ability to pick up and learn new systems quickly.
Benefits:
* Competitive hourly rate: $34ph + Super.

* Initial 3-month contract with possibility of extension or opportunity to become permanent for well-performing employees who have full working rights.
Additional Information:
This role requires a valid National Police Clearance valid within 3 months or willingness to obtain one.
