About The Role WorkPac are seeking an engaging and safety-focused CMS Supervisor to join our Maintenance Projects team with Rio Tinto in Dampier. You will lead and mentor contractor activities across a diverse portfolio, ensuring safe execution and capital project delivery. This is a key role for a self-starter who thrives under pressure, with a strong focus on contractor safety leadership. While primarily day shift, occasional night shifts are required.
