Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks including:
* Reviewing and processing documentation for accuracy and completeness
* Coordinating with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of design documentation
* Supporting the preparation of project reports and meeting minutes
* Liaising with clients and project teams to ensure smooth communication and document control

Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in administration or document control
* Confident use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Visio)
* Familiarity with document control systems
* Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
