We’re seeking a driven, switched-on and ambitious Sales Associate to support one of this agency’s top-performing agents. The Benefits: Join a boutique, family-run agency with a standout reputation Support a top-performing agent with over $1.5M GCI annually Stunning new office with premium facilities and great exposure No cold calling – all leads are warm and qualified High volume of transactions – approx. 50 properties sold per year On-the-job learning and direct mentorship from experienced professionals The Role: Assist the lead agent with all sales-related activities and tasks Conduct buyer callbacks following open homes Prospect and qualify warm leads – no cold calling required Maintain and update CRM (REX) with notes, follow-ups and buyer details Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Identify and categorise database contacts for targeted communication Provide regular buyer updates and qualify new buyer requirements Add and manage contact subscriptions for property alerts Participate in internal sales meetings and ongoing training sessions The Candidate: Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration (essential) A passion for real estate and long-term ambition to grow in sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Tech savvy – able to navigate CRM systems and digital tools A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance team Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle required Don’t miss out on what could be the biggest stepping stone of your career.
