We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to recruit, develop and lead a high performing team to drive revenue growth in cardiac ablation consumable products and installation base of the Affera 3D mapping and navigation system in the Victorian, South & Western Australian regions.
Responsibilities
* Plans, directs and monitors the activities of a sales team within a specified region to achieve established sales targets.
* Develops and implements regional business strategies to execute on opportunities in the region for potential accounts.
* Manages the day‐to‐day activities of a sales and clinical team to implement the organization's overall business and marketing strategy for an assigned region.
* Develops and maintains strong relationships with customers, key account personnel and relevant functions in order to support selling and clinical programs.
* Identifies opportunities and develops new programs to meet the organization's sales plans to increase market share.
* Assesses need for the addition of new selling programs and processes, conducts competitive analysis and implements strategies.
* Coaches sales representatives on capital and consumable aspects of the organization's products and services; marketing campaigns and sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets.
Required Knowledge and Experience
* Minimum bachelor's degree is required.
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of simple and complex diagnostic and ablation electrophysiology procedures.
* Demonstrated knowledge and ability to operate 3D electrophysiology mapping and navigation systems.
* Demonstrate an agile and can‐do mindset.
* Interstate travel is required.
* Valid driver's licence required.
