About the Role
The church is looking for a gifted leader who loves helping people lift their hearts and voices in praise. The successful applicant will have a deep understanding of contemporary Christian music, skill in leading musicians, and a heart for developing others.
Key Responsibilities
* Curate and plan music for weekly services.
* Lead musical worship.
* Recruit and develop teams of musicians and singers.
* Rehearse bands with attention to musicality and excellence.
* Work collaboratively with the Rector and service leaders to integrate contemporary music into the broader worship life of the church.
