Ronald McDonald House Randwick, provides accommodation for families of seriously ill children. As a Guest Services Officer you will be instrumental in ensuring our families experiences from their first phone call, to making their booking, to their arrival to a clean, friendly and warm environment, is an extraordinary one. To be successful in this rewarding position, you will: Must be able to be flexible in your schedule to accommodate a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Possess a diverse skill set suitable for both administrative and housekeeping roles. Demonstrate the ability to multitask, independently prioritise workload using initiative, and work autonomously. Exude friendliness and empathy, with a drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences for our families. Exhibit proficient computer skills, encompassing database management. Command strong written and verbal English language skills. Full COVID vaccination is required.
