We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner & Office Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for employees on HR matters.
* Collaborate with managers to provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and career development.
* Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes.
* Coordinate training, development initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
* Manage HR processes such as payroll, leave, benefits, policy compliance, and recordkeeping.
* Work closely with the global HR team to ensure local compliance with employment laws and alignment with company-wide initiatives.
Office Management Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming work environment.
* Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
* Coordinate office events, meetings, and employee activities.
* Serve as the liaison for building management, IT, and facilities-related needs.
* Ensure compliance with workplace health & safety standards.
