We're a well-established, growing Canberra based company specialising in rendering, waterproofing and remedial works. We're looking for motivated Junior and senior labourers to join our team. No two days are the same, and your work will vary across residential, commercial and industrial projects giving you the chance to learn multiple trades and build real industry skills. What you'll be doing
* Assisting tradesmen with rendering, waterproofing and concrete repair tasks
* Mixing materials, preparing surfaces and maintaining clean work areas
* Using hand and power tools safely
* Loading/unloading materials and helping set up job sites
* Following instructions and working as part of a reliable, supportive team
* General labouring duties as required across different sites
What we're looking for
* A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Good physical fitness and ability to handle manual labour
* Reliable, punctual and able to follow directions
* Positive attitude and commitment to safe work practices
* Ability to work across varying job sites and changing daily tasks
Requirements
* Current driver's licence
* Police check or ability to obtain one
* White Card
* Any relevant licences or tickets (e.g. Asbestos, Silica, EWP, Working at Heights) are highly regarded but not essential
