About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive our ITO and OTA partnerships, exceeding annual sales targets for multiple brands.
The successful candidate will shape and implement a strategic sales strategy, negotiate strong commercial partnerships, and lead key account activities to drive revenue and passenger growth.
This is a hybrid position that requires collaboration with various teams.
* Develop and execute a sales strategy to position our company as a market leader in the tourism and travel sector.
* Build and maintain relationships with distribution partners, identifying new opportunities for growth.
* Negotiate ITO and OTA distribution agreements and commercial arrangements to drive profitable sales.
* Influence the development of market-appropriate products to meet customer demands.
* Collaborate across the business to develop and drive a strategic vision and positive team culture.
* Ensure the use of Salesforce and Consultative Sales Process (CSP) as key business tools.
* Analyse sales by brand, product, and destination, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adept at using Salesforce.
