Responsibilities
This Clinical Care Specialist will be responsible for conducting high-quality assessments, facilitating service referrals, promoting functionality, and engaging stakeholders.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 1 year of experience in aged care, including client assessments and/or service delivery. You will also require tertiary education in a health-related discipline and current unrestricted General Registration with AHPRA or relevant professional association.

Qualifications
At least 1 year in aged care, including client assessments and/or service delivery.
Tertiary education in a health-related discipline (e.g., nursing, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, social work).
Current unrestricted General Registration with AHPRA or relevant professional association.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and client management systems.
Current Australian driver's licence, comprehensively insured vehicle, and the ability to travel within your service area.
