A fantastic opportunity is currently open for an Trades Assistant to join our amazing team.
While our present location is in Armadale, it's a very exciting time to join us as we are currently building a brand new purpose built facility in Forrestdale and will be moving in 2026.
Here's a further breakdown of the what to expect and what we are looking for:
What You'll Be Doing (Delivering Cabinetry from Factory to Site):
* Assisting with the delivery of cabinets to site
* Lifting heavy items safely and efficiently
* Loading cabinetry on trucks with forklift and unloading by hand
* Working as part of a team
Licenses Needed:
* A valid driver's license
* Construction white card (can be obtained days prior to commencement)
* MR Truck License
* (Beneficial) Forklift license
*MR Truck License can be obtained within 90 days of commencement
We are looking for someone who has:
* A safety-first mindset
* Physical fitness to lift and move heavy items
* Ability to lift items weighing up to 60kg
* A good eye for detail and quality workmanship
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full-time availability, with flexibility for overtime
* A proactive, reliable and self-starting attitude
* Sound verbal and written communication skills
