Senior Learning Leader

The Senior Learning Leader works collaboratively as a member of the Executive Leadership Team for Catholic Education, contributing to the shared vision and goals of the Strategic Plan.
* Lead and manage change in educational policy and practice aligned with Diocesan Catholic Education Council and National Catholic Education Commission priorities.
* Provide strategic support to school leaders, either directly or through senior Teaching and Learning leaders.
* Promote contemporary, culturally responsive curriculum and pedagogy across early childhood, primary, and secondary schools.
As a key leader, you will be responsible for driving improvements in teaching and learning, promoting equity, and ensuring excellent outcomes for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance student achievement and engagement.
* Collaborate with school leaders and staff to identify and address areas for improvement.
* Support the development of high-quality teaching practices and programs.
