**About the role**
Bright Upwards is looking for a passionate and organised Administration Officer to join our team. This permanent full-time role will include these following administrative tasks:
- Managing daily administrative tasks and ensure office operations.
- Assisting in scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Ordering stationary supplies.
- Purchasing stock for support workers, including uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Monitoring stock levels regularly.
- Supporting HR Team in coordinating the pick-up of uniform and PPE.
- Managing Optus accounts, including overseeing current charges and ordering new SIM cards and NBN services.
- Assisting with the planning of mid-year and end-of-year events for staff and support workers.
**Qualifications**:
- A certificate/degree in Business Administration or related field is preferrable.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is highly recommended.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A current and valid driver's license.
- Proof of documentation for valid working rights in Australia.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
