What You Will Do
Location: North West Sydney
Key Responsibilities Forge and nurture dynamic relationships with key clients and senior-level customers across the territory, transforming traditional sales approaches into personalized growth partnerships and ensuring sustained business growth and customer satisfaction.
Leverage data-driven insights and competitive intelligence to identify untapped market opportunities, explore new product sales, and craft innovative sales strategies that outpace competitors.
Act as a brand ambassador by creatively showcasing product value through tailored presentations, immersive client experiences, and participation in sales campaigns, trade shows, and conventions to enhance brand presence and market penetration.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and other internal teams to co-develop localized campaigns, leverage resources, support sales targets, and resolve customer issues.
Continuously refine sales tactics by integrating emerging technologies, feedback loops, and regular review of territory coverage plans to ensure adaptive, forward-thinking, and optimized territory management.
Schedule and conduct meetings with new and existing customers within the assigned territory to expand market share and drive sales growth.
Prepare detailed sales activity reports, analyze performance metrics, recommend strategic adjustments, and monitor sales team activities by providing coaching and performance feedback aligned with company objectives.
Negotiate and close sales orders, prepare accurate quotes, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with 2-4 years of relevant sales experience in territory management or related roles.
Proven track record of successfully managing sales activities and achieving or exceeding sales targets within a defined territory.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively at multiple organizational levels.
Strong customer relationship management skills with a focus on delivering superior service and timely resolution of inquiries.
In-depth understanding of sales principles, brand management, and category-specific applications relevant to the territory.
Desired Qualifications Exceptional communication skills with a flair for storytelling that captivates clients and drives engagement.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience in coordinating team efforts, training, and performance evaluation.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer needs to drive strategic decisions.
Proficiency in leveraging CRM tools and sales analytics platforms to craft data-backed strategies and measure impact.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite to manage sales pipelines, reporting, and customer interactions efficiently.
Experience in project management including planning, resource allocation, risk assessment, and progress reporting.
A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and adapting to evolving market dynamics and customer needs.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with initiative while fostering collaboration and commitment within a team environment.
Ability to diplomatically influence stakeholders and align business strategies with team performance to achieve desired outcomes.
